Precision Optics & Photonics Engineering, Since 1992

Optical engineering built for the parts of your process that can’t fail.

Holo Image Technology designs, builds, and supports the optical, imaging, and control systems inside other companies’ products and production lines: patented holographic scanning technology, computer-to-plate imaging, laser systems, machine vision, and applied energy systems, each engineered for a client who needed a problem solved correctly the first time.

Capabilities

One core technology. Four demanding applications.

Everything we build traces back to a patented capability in precision optical scanning. Over three decades, our engineers have adapted it, extended it, and built around it to solve problems across print, inspection, laser systems, and energy infrastructure.

Patented core IP

Holographic Scanning Technology

Our foundational, patented method for distortion-free optical exposure. Linear air-bearing motion control replaces spinning drums and mirrors entirely, delivering precise dot-shape accuracy corner to corner and consistent repeatability from one unit to the next. It’s the same discipline behind every system we build.

HIT Plater series

Computer-to-Plate Imaging

Flatbed, direct-to-plate imaging systems built on our scanning technology, engineered for print operations that need distortion-free output without the cost and upkeep of drum-based platesetters.

Design, build & repair

Precision Laser & Optical Systems

Design, integration, alignment, and repair of laser optical benches and assemblies for research and industrial settings where the acceptable tolerance is measured in microns, not millimeters.

SI-1000 platform

Machine Vision & Surface Inspection

High-speed defect detection for production lines, using a high signal-to-noise linear CCD and adjustable illumination to catch flaws on paper, circuit boards, and LCD filters in real time.
